On 26.04.2023 we have met in Cologne. An experienced trainer gave us an intensive insight into the topic of project management. He not only gave us an understanding of the basics and refreshed our knowledge, but also compared different project management methods and enriched them with practical examples. The focus was on the differences between agile and classic project management.<br \/>\nThe successful day was rounded off by many personal discussions among the employees.
