In addition, Ms. Bertsch manages the sales activities for one of our largest customers.
has many years of experience in project management, particularly in project management and controlling of major projects in information and communication technology. Until his retirement in mid-2024, he was responsible for many years for the commercial management of the company and for major bids by IP Systems for new frame contracts. Mr. Krafczyk will continue to be available to the management in an advisory capacity.
