with more than 23 years of professional experience in telecommunications in international organizations, he is a proven expert in understanding complex issues, especially in the field of data networks in various ICT sectors. He has an extensive technical end-to-end understanding of mobile, fixed and especially data networks. One of his strengths is his ability to translate customer needs into defined services and offers. Within the company, Mr. Hamann is responsible for operational process optimization, controlling, cost management and quality assurance.
has many years of experience in project management, particularly in project management and controlling of major projects in information and communication technology. Until his retirement in mid-2024, he was responsible for many years for the commercial management of the company and for major bids by IP Systems for new frame contracts.
